Returns + Exchanges

 

Online Return Policy

All returns must be pre-approved by Flowerboy Project. Before shipping back your return, send us an email at hello@flowerboyproject.com and let us know which item you are returning. We will issue a return authorization number to be included in your return package.  For clothing and all other items, shipping costs are non-refundable and return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. All return packages must be insured.

If for some reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly issue a store credit or exchange within 14 days of delivery. The item must be returned in new, unused condition in its original package, with a copy of your receipt.

 

Online purchases may ´╗┐be returned or exchanged at either of our Flowerboy Project locations. An email  must be sent prior to making the return, to ensure that can process your return properly.

Clothing Returns

We understand the need to try on clothing. To allow for this, General Store will issue refunds on clothing items that are received back to us within 14 days of delivery in new, unworn condition.
